Love love LOVE this place!!! Their smoothies are amazing and make you feel good after drinking them. The kind lady at the front let me sample all of the smoothies, and they were all delicious! The smoothies are made from wholesome and healthy ingredients. My favourites drinks were mango madness, gingerbread shake, active greenery and their immunity shots!! Would 100% recommend checking them out

Not only were the smoothies absolutely amazing….... fresh, flavorful, and a hit with our attendees, but what I appreciated most was the education Anthony brought into the space. He didn’t just serve drinks; he took the time to share knowledge about ingredients, wellness benefits, and how nutrition plays a role in overall wellbeing. That added depth and intention to the day. It’s always a pleasure working with Anthony to help bring meaningful experiences to life. Professional, reliable, and aligned with the vision every time. I have placed an order here a couple of times. Though it's out of the way for me, I try to stop by sometimes. I genuinely love the products. I've tried so many different items. I remember the first time I came here, the staff gave me a brief and clearly explained the benefits for some of the products and even gave me samples to try. I usually get their shakes and immunity boost shots. I love it all. The most recent one I've tried was their cocoa, and what was great about it is that it can also act as a meal replacement. I will keep coming back here for more for sure.
